GDG Pokhara Highlights 2012/13

- Google Map Maker-MapUp Pokhara'12 [15th Dec 2013] as our first event in association with GDG Kathmandu.

We had a very good event in Pokhara. Our initial expected number of participants was ~50, but we ended up having ~80 persons attending Pokhara MapUp. This introduced slight difficulties in our “event management” but overall impression of the event went great.

- Android App Development Training/Workshop [2nd Feb 2013] in association with GDG Kathmandu & SANKALPA

We had successfully organized Android Application Development Training/Workshop on 2nd Feb 2013 as our second event which was the first event of its kind in Pokhara.

Expected participants were 35 and we had more than 50 participants on that event as well.

- Android App Development Training/Workshop [16th Feb 2013] in association with SKYNE & SANKALPA

Android Application Development Training/Workshop was organized on 16th Feb 2013 for the second time in association with SKYNE, WRC & Sankalpa- “Committed for a Better Society” 

- GDG Pokhara Start Up Boot Camp [21st Sep 2013]

GDG Boot Camp Pokhara (StartUp Weekend) was a full day event organized by GDG Pokhara. The main objective of the program was to cover, application and game development with android and WEB API integration as well. Moreover, participants were trained to prepare a slide and to present it in an effective way was another benefit they got from the event.
